[PLACEHOLDER: Legal Binding Agreement] By creating a studio account, uploading photographs, or viewing and selecting client proofs via BBS Gallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.

[PLACEHOLDER: Studio Account Eligibility] You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register a studio account. When registering, you must provide true, accurate, and complete studio business information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your studio credentials, PIN configurations, and all activities that occur under your studio sub-domain or account.

[PLACEHOLDER: 100% Studio Copyright Retained] Studios retain complete, unencumbered ownership and copyright of all photographs, watermarks, metadata, and logos uploaded to BBS Gallery. We claim zero ownership or proprietary rights over your photographs.

By uploading proofs to BBS Gallery, you grant us solely a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transcode, compress, cache, and display the photographs strictly for the purpose of operating your client proofing galleries.

Studios represent and warrant that they hold all required client model releases, commercial photography rights, and permissions to upload and deliver the photographs.

[PLACEHOLDER: Prohibited Content & Abuse] You agree not to use BBS Gallery to upload, store, or distribute any material that:

• Infringes third-party copyright, intellectual property, or privacy rights without explicit authorization

• Contains malicious code, worms, spyware, or exploits targeting upload endpoints

• Contains non-consensual explicit sexual imagery, CSAM, hate speech, or unlawful material under applicable law

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any gallery or studio account violating this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice or refund.

[PLACEHOLDER: Billing Terms & Refunds] Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) exclusive of applicable statutory taxes (GST).

• 14-Day Free Trial: Available on eligible paid tiers without credit card lock-in. Cancel anytime during the trial with zero charge.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via Studio Settings > Billing. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

• Refunds: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of initial purchase minus prorated operational days.

[PLACEHOLDER: Fair Usage & Storage Allocation] Each plan tier includes allocated photo storage and active gallery limits. If a studio exceeds its storage quota, new uploads will be temporarily paused until storage is freed or the tier upgraded.

When a gallery reaches its configured expiry date, it transitions to read-only status and locks further client selections. Expired galleries are preserved for a grace period before automatic purging.

[PLACEHOLDER: As-Is Provision & Cloud Proofing Scope] BBS Gallery is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. BBS Gallery is a client proofing and selection tool, not a permanent cold-storage backup service for camera RAW originals. Studios must maintain independent offline backups of all original wedding and shoot media.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BBS Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, server downtime, or client delivery delays.

[PLACEHOLDER: Legal Jurisdiction] These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect product updates or legal requirements. Material revisions will be notified via email or a prominent banner in the Studio Dashboard at least 14 days prior to taking effect.
